5 water based recipes that detoxify the body

Water is the secret to eliminate toxins from the body, being the most effective detox method. The amount required to succeed cleansing the body is less than 1.5 liters per day, but no more than one drink in one single session. There are also water-based recipes which help clean the body and are extremely easy to do, containing only 3 ingredients. Here they are:

Detox cure for the stomach
You need 6 cups of water, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, 1 sliced cucumber and 1 sliced lemon. Put the lemon, ginger and cucumber in the blender and mix them well. Afterwards, mix them with water and leave everything in the fridge overnight.

Anti-cancer detox cure
You have to drink 1.8 liters of water per day, half a cup of strawberries (cut in half), half a lemon (sliced), a quarter cup of basil leaves – all mixed together.

Easy breathing cure
Mix 1.8 liters of water, 2 mint leaves, 1 sliced lime and a cup of watermelon (cut into cubes). Leave them in the refrigerator and consume it the next day. If you don’t have problems with your tonsils, you can consume it cool.

Brain detox
Mix 1 sliced pear, 1 cup of strawberries and 1/4 cup of rosemary until the mixture become a smoothie. Drink this potion.

Better concentration detox
You need 1.8 liters of water, 1 sliced lemon, 2 cups of watermelon (cut into cubes), 5 cloves. Mix these ingredients and leave them at room temperature an hour before consuming the drink.
