In addition to relieving headaches and regulating blood pressure, aspirin works well for the skin. The aspirin mask treats acne, cleanses and exfoliates the skin. It is also very easy to prepare, and for this reason, the ingredients may differ.
In terms of skin problems that you want to solve, aspirin can be combined with clay, egg, honey or olive oil. Aspirin is very effective in treating the unsightly pimples, but also for cleansing the skin.
Here’s how to prepare an aspirin-based face mask according to your skin problems.
Aspirin and Clay face mask
Here is what you have to do:
– melt 4 aspirins in just a little amount of water
– add 1/2 tbs of green clay
– add 1 tbs of honey
Once you’ve done that, mix all the ingredients well, using any tool you want but not something made of steel because it reacts with clay, and make it not as effective! When you’re ready apply a thick layer of mask on your face and leave it on for 20/30 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.
The nice thing about this mask is that you can adjust it to your skin, more honey if your skin is dryer, more clay if it’s oilier, more or fewer aspirins depending on how many spots you have and the trick is done!!
Aspirin and Honey face mask
This mask is very good for cleansing and purifying the oily skin. Crush 5 aspirin pills and mix the powder with some honey. Apply the resulting paste to the oily skin with gentle movements and leave it on for 15 minutes.
Afterwards, remove the mask with a damp cloth and rinse with lukewarm water. For best results, apply this mask twice a week.
Aspirin and Egg Yolk face mask
Eggs are rich in selenium and vitamins A, D and E. Along with the acetylsalicylic acid (the active substance in aspirin) these substances treat inflammation and redness caused by acne.
Crush 4-5 aspirin pills and mix them with an egg yolk. Apply the obtained mask to your face and let it work for a few minutes. After rinsing, dap your skin with a towel.
Aspirin and Olive Oil face mask
The aspirin and olive oil mask do wonders in soothing the irritated skin. Mix 6 crushed aspirins with one teaspoon of olive oil and one teaspoon of distilled.
Mix the ingredients until you make a paste and apply it to the irritated skin.
The olive oil hydrates the skin and the aspirin heals irritation without causing dryness.
